 Smash It Darwin will provide you with a fun, adrenaline filled and very unique party experience.

Booking a function at Smash It Darwin requires a minimum of 10 people.

You can either purchase catering options from Smash It Darwin or self-cater your event.

Functions can either be inside or outside our normal opening hours.​​

Booking Information

 

Minimum Guest requirements:

  • 10 people required for catered or self catered events (smashing or observing)

Smash Room and shared reception space:

  • ​$60 per person smashing: includes a crate of 20 items and an extra large share item per group of 5 

  • +$5 per person clean up fee for self-catering for smashers and observers

  • Additional charges for catering of $144 per platter which includes ordering, delivery, napkins and clean up

  • Use of tables and chairs

  • Event duration: 2 -2.5hrs

Whole Facility Rental (3 Smash Rooms and reception):

  • Minimum payment: $1300 for up to 20 people smashing and exclusive use of venue

  • Use of Smart Tv's, speakers for music, tables and chairs

  • Additional charges for extra guests and catering 

    • ​$60 per person smashing: includes a crate of 20 items and an extra large share item per group of 5 

    • +$5 per person clean up fee for self-catering for smashers and observers

    •  $144 per platter which includes ordering, delivery, napkins and clean up

  • Event duration: 3 hours up to 20 people

  • Contact us for groups larger than 20

Booking Fee:

  • Booking fee of $200 required to secure your date

  • Full payment is due 2 weeks before the event

  • Booking fee is non-refundable upon cancellation

  • Balance is non-refundable if canceled within 1 week of the event

​

Food and Drinks Policy:

  • No seafood/shell fish allowed in the venue due to allergens and disposal.

  • Special Dietary requirements are $10 extra per platter (gluten free, dairy free etc.)

  • BYO is optional, with a limit of 2 standard drinks per person (participants smashing can not enter the smash room if they have had alcohol)​​

  • Soft Drink cans ($3 each) and Bottled Water ($2 each) are also available for purchase

Observers:

  • Free of charge if they are not smashing or having any of the catering

​

All platters are for 8 - 10 people and cost $144 each which includes ordering, delivery and clean up afterwards.

Platters need to be ordered 2 weeks prior to the event date and require full payment. Cancellation must be before 1 week of the event date or payment will not be refunded

Please see the images below for an idea of what the platters contain. We can put through requests to our caterer if required.


Napkins are supplied with the platters however small plates can be provided at an extra $5 per platter.
